What it is
An annual preventive-maintenance planner (device against month, from the inventory's intervals) and the work record for each intervention: PM or repair, what was done, parts, cost, performed by (in-house / contractor), safety test result, returned to service, downtime.

Biomedical or maintenance lead; posted in the workshop; reviewed monthly; completion rate to the board quarterly.
