What it is
A medical equipment inventory template per the WHO medical device guidance: asset number, device, make/model, serial, location, owner, acquisition date and source, risk class, status (working / faulty / out of service), preventive-maintenance interval and dates, calibration, user manual and training available, decommission date.
Where to use it
Biomedical or maintenance lead; updated on every acquisition, repair and disposal; the basis of the maintenance schedule (Tool 2). English master edition. Georgian and other translations are added as they are clinically reviewed.
