Purpose
Records the time each study was reported against its urgency, and each critical finding communicated.
How to complete
- Record the time each study was reported against its urgency band.
- Record each critical finding, who it was communicated to, and the time (HOS-SOP-009).
- Record the reason for any study reported outside its time frame.
