Purpose
Records the time of presentation and the time of first-dose antibiotics for each suspected neutropenic fever case, and any delay.
How to complete
- Record each case at presentation.
- Record the time the first-dose antibiotics were given.
- Record the minutes against the target and the reason for any delay.
