Purpose
Records the health screening and examination of each person admitted to custody, and the plan for each positive finding.
How to complete
- Record the medical history, current medicines and substance use.
- Record infectious disease risk, mental health and suicide risk.
- Record the examination time, the clinician and the plan for each positive finding.
