Grants Management and Sub-award Monitoring

Every grant ASF receives, or any funding ASF passes to a partner, is managed through a documented cycle: assess, agree, monitor, report, close. Owner: ASF Secretariat.
- Pre-award assessment of the donor or sub-recipient, including sanctions screening (ASF-POL-25).
- A written agreement stating deliverables, budget and reporting requirements.
- Regular monitoring against the agreement; findings feed the Risk Register (ASF-POL-17).
- Financial and narrative reporting consistent with Financial Management and Internal Control (ASF-POL-19).
