Purpose
Lists every policy the service has, its owner, its approval and review dates, and where it is kept. It is the evidence that the service has written policies that are current.
How to complete
- Add each policy when it is approved, with its owner, version and approval date.
- Check each policy at its review date, and record the review or the replacement.
- Remove a policy only when it has been replaced, and keep the old version on file.
