Commitments
- Selection: partners are chosen for their capacity, local knowledge and values, through the due diligence in Policy 23.
- Fair share: partners receive a fair share of indirect costs where the donor allows, and are named in reports and publications.
- Capacity strengthening: a joint plan for any capacity gaps found in the due diligence, especially in finance, safeguarding and data protection.
- Co-design: partners take part in project design, monitoring and evaluation.
- Exit: every partnership agreement includes how it will end or transition.
- Disputes: resolved first through dialogue, then through mediation by the Chair.
