How the system fits together
- Positions. The master list above: each role with its ISCO-08 code and the facility types it applies to.
- Terms of reference. One page per position, generated from a structured record. The record holds the reporting line, accountabilities, qualifications, experience, trainings, health requirements, competencies, performance indicators and career ladder.
- Organogram. Built from the reporting lines in the records, so a facility can see who reports to whom.
